What is Human resources planning ? It is the recognition of the importance of human resources and organizational goals. There is a growing acknowledgment that when people are managed strategically within an organization it affects the organizations profit, level of consumer satisfaction, survival and employee performance.
In this case I emphasize on how poor the Delta hotels were in managing their employees although of their unstopping effort of awarding their hard working employees but still they were not able to strategically manage their employees to a better loving employees to their jobs.
